Job Title: SAP MM Functional Consultant
We are currently recruiting for an SAP MM Functional Consultant responsible for configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of SAP design and configuration experience
- 2+ years of Agile experience (e.g., sprint planning, stand-up)
- Experience in preparing business cases and understanding business processes
- Functional knowledge of SAP MM and integration with other SAP modules (WM, Master Data)
- Knowledge of IT best practices, development concepts, guidelines, and SAP architecture
- Knowledge of IT Service Management principles (ITIL 3)
- Knowledge of Project & Program management methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of retail industry models, retail merchandising processes, and retail SAP architecture
- Knowledge of SAP Master Data module
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Visio
- Ability to work with business process owners to understand requirements and design solutions
Certifications / Qualifications:
- 3-year IT-related degree (advantageous)
- Certified in ITIL 3 (required)
- Certifications in COBIT, Prince II, TOGAF, Agile methodologies (advantageous)
- SAP Specialist Certification - SD or FICO (advantageous)

Scope of Work:
The SAP MM Functional Consultant is responsible for:
- Writing functional and test specifications, and preparing training and testing materials
- Providing user support and resolving business issues
- Assisting with business case development and ensuring documentation is signed off
- Participating in Change Advisory Boards (CABs)
- Communicating change and transition plans
- Conducting troubleshooting and testing
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Creating testing scenarios and scripts
- Maintaining documentation and processes
- Designing and implementing regression testing
- Ensuring best practice configuration and compliance
- Managing system changes and releases
- Adhering to service levels and managing system administration
- Participating in project and transition teams
- Providing consultation and training to business and IT teams
- Evaluating project designs and risks
- Supporting audit processes and maintaining knowledge bases
