Provide functional expertise in the area of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling with strong focus on the General Ledger, Fixed Assets and Profitability Analysis.

1. Provide functional & technical expertise on the SAP financial modules.
2. Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials – focus on financial functionality provisioned in SAP solution (Template).
3. Maintenance of a sound production SAP environment.
4. Design, customize, configure and test FI / CO module changes.
5. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
6. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
7. Contribute to the quality standards and continuous improvement of the SAP business processes.
8. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements to define scope and effort estimations.
9. Create relevant project and BAU documentation in accordance to EBS documentation standards.
10. This will include documents such as BRS, FDS, CDD, Test Scripts, Training documentation.
11. For BRS documents, assess the scope and nature of requirement to be able to estimate effort required to implement change.
12. Create and maintain training documentation if required.
13. Provide ad-hoc training as required.
14. Ensure and engender knowledge sharing/transfer to End-users.
15. Participate in cross-functional knowledge sharing amongst the Finance consulting team, and other teams if applicable.
16. Use and update of Solution Manager, SMAX or any other call monitoring system used in the recording and monitoring of calls.
17. Ensuring call resolution within prescribed SLA's.
18. Engage with customers regularly ensuring requirements and service levels are met.
19. Ensure system integrity around logistics related financial transactions.
20. Over and above existing support requests and incidents, have concurrent involvement in stand-alone SAP projects.
21. This includes being involved in all project phases from scoping through to implementation and post go-live support.
22. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
23. Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
24. Support the SAP ICMR solution & relevant SAP FIORI Apps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or Accounting.

SAP Certification.
