Job description

ENVIRONMENT:
YOUR 5 years of hands-on experience implementing SAP EWM solutions is sought to fill the role of the SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant wanted by a rapidly growing US-based FinTech company. You will lead SAP EWM implementations in manufacturing environments and design, configure, and optimize SAP EWM functionalities including inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, and automation solutions. The ideal candidate must preferably have SAP EWM Certifications, knowledge of Fiori apps for EWM and experience with IoT-enabled warehouse solutions in a manufacturing setting. You will need at least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing SAP EWM solutions in manufacturing companies, optimizing warehouse and Supply Chain operations. This role is fully remote, offering an opportunity to work with a dynamic team on high-impact projects.

DUTIES:

1. Lead SAP EWM implementations in manufacturing environments, ensuring alignment with production and warehouse operations.
2. Design, configure, and optimize SAP EWM functionalities including inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, and automation solutions.
3. Integrate SAP EWM with SAP ERP (S/4HANA or ECC), MM, SD, and TM, ensuring seamless material flow between production and warehouse.
4. Support warehouse automation, robotics, and real-time inventory tracking to enhance efficiency.
5. Troubleshoot issues, conduct system testing, and ensure operational stability.
6. Provide training to end-users and support teams, ensuring smooth adoption of EWM functionalities.
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging SAP best practices for manufacturing logistics.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 5+ Years of experience implementing SAP EWM in a manufacturing company.
2. Strong understanding of manufacturing logistics, warehouse processes, and Supply Chain integration.
3. Hands-on experience with SAP EWM configuration, RF devices, labour management, and automation solutions.
4. Experience integrating SAP EWM with shop floor operations, MES systems, and production planning.
5. Ability to troubleshoot issues and collaborate with Developers for enhancements (ABAP debugging knowledge is a plus).
6. Experience working in S/4HANA Embedded EWM is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. SAP EWM Certification.
2. Knowledge of Fiori apps for EWM.
3. Experience with IoT-enabled warehouse solutions in a manufacturing setting.
