Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP E-Recruiting Consultant to support our clients in optimizing their recruitment processes using SAP solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP E-Recruiting, particularly within an SAP ECC environment, and a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment workflows.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and design recruitment solutions using SAP E-Recruiting.
  2. Implement, configure, and customize SAP E-Recruiting to align with business objectives.
  3. Provide functional support and resolve issues related to SAP E-Recruiting operations.
  4. Ensure smooth integration with other HR systems and business processes.
  5. Deliver training and documentation for end users and key stakeholders.
  6. Support system upgrades or transitions, ensuring minimal disruption to recruitment operations.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience working with SAP E-Recruiting, preferably in an ECC environment.
  • Understanding of recruitment workflows and processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in SAP E-Recruiting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in SAP HR / HCM or related modules.
  • Familiarity with system upgrades or migrations.
  • Exposure to newer SAP platforms, such as SAP SuccessFactors.
