The Role

We are seeking a skilled SAP Developer with a focus on scripting to design, implement, and optimize solutions within our SAP environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP development, expertise in scripting languages, and the ability to deliver custom functionality, automation, and integrations tailored to meet business needs.

Ideal Profile

• Technical Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming).
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori / UI5 development and OData services.
• Knowledge of SAP integration tools (e.g., BAPI, RFC, IDOC, ALE).
• Experience with SAP HANA development (e.g., CDS views, AMDPs) is a plus.

• System Knowledge:
• Experience with SAP ECC or S / 4HANA systems.
• Understanding of SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI / CO, PP, or HR.

• Problem-Solving:
• Strong analytical and debugging skills for resolving system and scripting issues.
• Ability to work on performance tuning of custom solutions and scripts.

• Collaboration and Communication:
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical solutions into business terms.

• Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of SAP development experience with a focus on scripting and automation.

• Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):
• SAP Certified Development Associate (ABAP or HANA).

Additional qualities include attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, an understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools in the SAP ecosystem.
