Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP CO and/or PS modules.
• Strong understanding of controlling flows within Project Systems.
• Experience with integration to FI, MM, and SD modules.

Job description

Become part of an international team based in South Africa and Germany. We are a distributed, cross-functional team driving digital innovation across Europe.

From manufacturing to automotive and mechanical engineering, we work across a variety of industries to deliver impactful software solutions.

Note: German language skills are not required but considered an advantage.

Tasks

• Experience working with SAP Controlling (CO) in any industry or project context
• Familiarity with one or more CO components such as Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, or Product Costing
• Basic understanding of how CO integrates with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD)
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments (any level of experience welcome)
• Comfortable working in dynamic, international environments – German language skills are a plus but not required

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP CO and/or PS modules
• Strong understanding of controlling flows within Project Systems
• Experience with integration to FI, MM, and SD modules
• Solid grasp of project accounting and cost control processes
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
