Introduction
End-to-End SAP module responsibility, including improving efficiency, reducing waste, identifying and implementing solutions, scoping requirements, planning and tracking product budget, meeting deadlines, and accurately documenting necessary requirements. To ensure successful delivery, it is essential to work closely with the Business Product Owners and IT product team. All activities should align with local/global strategic planning and standards, complying with the Company's Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience as a SAP Business Analyst within modules such as MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management), and TM (Transportation Management).
- Knowledge of project planning, defining deliverables, and controlling quality and costs.
- Ability to foster an environment for ideation, prototyping, and production.
- Business acumen to take concepts from design to implementation, with experience in scaling concepts.
- Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Experience in Data Analysis and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
- Ability to perform physical and mental requirements of the role.
- Excellent multi-tasking, time management, communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Experience leading a product team is advantageous.
Outputs
- Planning and coordinating activities to align the product with its strategic roadmap.
- Communicating and demonstrating the product's value within the organization.
- Evaluating, documenting, scoping, and prioritizing new requirements.
- Promoting continuous improvement through new processes.
- Participating in QA activities, including writing user stories, testing, and defect identification.
- Managing the product budget.
- Effective communication between IT and business stakeholders.
- Providing feedback to management and acting as an escalation point for client issues.
- Participating in strategic team decisions and mitigating impediments.
Qualifications
- Minimum NQF 7 – Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Technology in IT or relevant equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT.
- 3-5 years' experience in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP MM, WM, and TM modules.
- Ability to debug SAP ABAP is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain processes is beneficial.
