Job Description

Our Operate team (AMS) is seeking a SAP Security Analyst responsible for managing and maintaining SAP user access and authorizations to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. This role involves collaborating with business units to understand their access requirements and implementing suitable SAP security solutions.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience/knowledge:

1. Create, modify, and delete user accounts in SAP systems.
2. Assign roles and authorizations based on business needs and security policies.
3. Conduct regular audits of user access and authorizations for compliance.
4. Design and maintain SAP roles and profiles to meet business requirements while adhering to security standards.
5. Collaborate with business units to understand access needs and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure compliance with audit requirements related to SAP security.
6. Monitor SAP systems for security breaches and unauthorized access attempts.
7. Implement and maintain security policies and procedures. Support SAP authorization issues and troubleshoot access problems.
8. Work with SAP Basis and IT teams to resolve security incidents. Maintain documentation of SAP security processes and configurations.
9. Generate reports on user access and authorization activities for management review.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in SAP Security
• ADM900 – SAP System Security Fundamentals
• ADM940 – Authorization Concepts for SAP ABAP
• ADM945 – Authorization Concepts for SAP Fiori on SAP S/4HANA
• C_SECAUTH_20 – SAP Certified Technology Associate in SAP Security and Authorizations
