Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years IT-related Degree (advantageous)
• Certified in ITIL 3 (required)

Certifications (advantageous):

• TOGAF, Agile Methodologies, COBIT, Prince II

Experience:

• 4+ years SAP ARM / TM design and configuration
• Knowledge of Retail SAP architecture, implementation, and operations
• Expertise in SAP ARM / TM and integration with other SAP modules
• Understanding of retail merchandising processes and SAP Master Data module
• Knowledge of development concepts, SAP architecture, and IT best practices
• Understanding of IT Service Management principles (ITIL 3) and project management methods

Responsibilities:

1. Implement, configure, and customize SAP ARM / TM solutions based on business needs
2. Lead workshops to gather requirements and translate into functional specs
3. Design and document ARM / TM processes
4. Integrate SAP ARM / TM with other SAP systems
5. Manage master data setup, including warehouse structure and resource management
6. Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
7. Provide ongoing support and participate in project planning
8. Recommend process optimizations and stay updated with industry trends
