Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Business Development: Assist in growing the Sanlam Adviser Business by implementing marketing plans, understanding market segmentation, and supporting sales growth.
  2. Behavioral Goals: Focus on revenue generation, activity quotas, promoting the Sanlam brand, and treating customers fairly.
  3. Networking & Lead Generation: Engage in face-to-face interactions, social media marketing, prospecting, and maintaining client relationships to generate leads and sales.
  4. Client Consultations & Sales: Conduct compliant client interactions, perform needs analysis, provide financial advice, and review portfolios annually.
  5. Client Service: Maintain professional and ethical client interactions, resolve queries promptly, and strive for excellent service.
  6. Monitoring & Reporting: Track activities, update records, and report on contacts, consultations, and revenue regularly.
  7. Qualifications & Experience: Grade 12, relevant regulatory requirements, and experience in sales, retail, or business development.
