Placements24 is seeking a dependable Sanitation Team Member to join our Mahikeng operations. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, operating cleaning equipment, and adhering to sanitation protocols to ensure a safe, productive workplace for all staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a cleaning or sanitation role is preferred but not essential.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and bending.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling and transport waste.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and pressure washers.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and use PPE.
• Report equipment malfunctions to supervisor.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
