About the Role

Our client, a respected industrial entity located in Klerksdorp , is seeking an experienced and reliable Sanitation Team Leader to oversee their cleaning and sanitation operations. This role is critical for maintaining a hygienic and safe working environment across the facility. The Team Leader will be responsible for directing and supervising a team of sanitation workers, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This hands‐on position requires an individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of sanitation staff, assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed according to schedule and quality standards.


• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties as required, demonstrating best practices.

• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and utilized.
