Qualifications

• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role in industrial sanitation.
• Knowledge of cleaning agents, sanitation equipment, and disinfection procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Familiarity with GMP and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of sanitation technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality performance.
• Develop, implement, and monitor detailed cleaning and sanitation schedules for all production areas and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all company hygiene standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Manage inventory of cleaning chemicals and supplies, ensuring appropriate stock levels and safe storage.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to uphold sanitation standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sanitation-related issues and collaborate with production and quality assurance teams.
