Responsibilities include developing sanitation plans, supervising staff, conducting inspections, managing inventory, and training teams, with a strong emphasis on health and safety compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sanitation management or related field.
• Experience supervising cleaning or sanitation staff.
• Solid understanding of cleaning techniques, sanitation chemicals, and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to motivate staff.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for records and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor sanitation plans for facilities in Bloemfontein.
• Supervise daily sanitation and cleaning staff; ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular site inspections; ensure adherence to regulations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment and chemicals.
• Train new sanitation staff on protocols, safety and equipment use.
• Investigate and resolve sanitation-related complaints promptly.
• Maintain accurate schedules, inspections, staff performance, and inventory records.
• Collaborate with facility managers to ensure integrated sanitation practices.
