Role Overview

The Product Sample Operations Coordinator will support the Stitch Fix Product Imaging Studio by managing the processing, organization, and tracking of all samples.

Working closely with the Sample Operations Lead and Associates, you will ensure smooth sample flow and resolve issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the full lifecycle of product samples—from receipt to liquidation, including unboxing, labeling, printing, tagging, tracking, storage, and disposal.
2. Implement and uphold standards for sample handling to maintain organization and accessibility.
3. Maintain accurate inventory records for sample tracking and coordinate check-in/check-out procedures.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and address inventory needs.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose efficient solutions.
6. Coordinate with Warehouse Support and Post Production-Color teams as needed.
7. Assist with requesting missing samples and troubleshooting via the Warehouse Request Tool.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of experience in retail, operations, or merchandising (preferred).
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work full-time in person at our Photo Studio in Lithia Springs, GA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, especially Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform related tasks.
• Bright, team-oriented, kind, and goal-driven.

Compensation and Benefits
