Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts base on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and run personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean Salesforce/SalesLoft records.
• Test messaging and refine targeting with the sales team.

What You Will Own

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.

• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.


• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.


• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.


• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.

What You Bring

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.


• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.


• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.


• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.


• Gritty, curious and coachable.
