SALESFORCE TRAINING CONSULTANT

We are seeking a Salesforce Training Consultant with demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and delivering end-user training for Salesforce solutions within large-scale public sector environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of the Salesforce Public Sector Solutions data model and hands-on training expertise across modules such as Case Management and Service Planning.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience delivering Salesforce training in Public Sector/Federal IT projects
• Proven success in training users on modules including Intake, Investigation, Assessment, Case Management, Reporting, and Resource Management
• Expertise in training development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia, Captivate)
• Skilled in creating instructor-led training, e-learning, job aids, quick reference guides, and interactive walkthroughs
• Familiar with Salesforce Government Cloud and Public Sector Solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Instructor (with certification dates)
• Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills
