Salesforce Systems Operation Support Analyst

Our client based in Sandton is seeking a Junior Salesforce Systems Operations Support Analyst to join their team on an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of permanent placement. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for systems support, troubleshooting, and working with Salesforce in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and diagnose the root causes of issues in critical operational systems.
• Develop and maintain checklists for recurring system problems.
• Create and recommend procedures to prevent future technical issues.
• Evaluate and resolve complex operational system challenges in a timely manner.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolution of critical systems issues.
• Manage user administration within key operational systems, including onboarding and access setup.
• Conduct daily system monitoring to ensure the stability and health of operations.
• Support project and development teams with the implementation of strategic projects.
• Perform bulk data updates using front-end data tools or backend scripts.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a Systems Operations (SysOps) support role.
• 1+ year of experience working with Salesforce.
• 1+ year of experience working with code (e.g., scripting or automation).
• Experience with ETL tools is advantageous.
• Strong Salesforce Administration and reporting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
