Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Specialist to join our team, someone who is passionate about using cutting-edge technology to revolutionise how businesses connect with their customers.


This is a key role focused on designing and implementing solutions that bring together Salesforce's most advanced platforms: Data Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud and Tableau. Your work will involve creating unified customer data profiles, deploying AI-driven agents, building personalised marketing journeys and developing insightful visualisations to drive significant growth for the businesses we partner with.


Responsibilities


  • Design, configure and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions for our clients, including data ingestion, identity resolution and segmentation.

  • Develop and deploy AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce, leveraging insights from Data Cloud for personalised customer interactions.

  • Build and execute customer journeys and campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, utilising segments and insights from Data Cloud.

  • Create insightful dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualise key metrics and performance from Salesforce data.

  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and our internal project teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Ensure data quality, governance and compliance are maintained within the Salesforce environments for all client projects.


What We’re Looking For


  • A degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud from data ingestion and modelling to activation.

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Journey Builder, Automation Studio and either AMPscript or SQL.

  • Demonstrable experience creating interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau.

  • A solid understanding of AI concepts as they are applied within the Salesforce ecosystem and a foundational knowledge of Agentforce.

  • Relevant Salesforce certifications are essential (e.g. Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Tableau Certified Data Analyst).

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
