Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Solution Analyst to join their delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who can effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will play a key role in analyzing business processes, translating requirements into functional designs, and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional/system requirements (e.g., Functional Requirements Specifications - FRS).
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, and Testers to ensure alignment on solutions.
- Map and analyze business processes; recommend improvements or automation using Salesforce capabilities.
- Support integration design by coordinating with internal and external system stakeholders.
- Assist in defining and validating acceptance criteria and test cases.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live planning, and post-implementation reviews.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, demonstrations, and walkthroughs.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a Business or Systems Analysis role, preferably in a Salesforce environment.
- Salesforce Administrator and/or App Builder certification (required).
- Proven experience writing Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) and related documentation.
- Familiarity with integration concepts (APIs, middleware, third-party tools).
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, ideally within industries like financial services, FMCG, or the public sector.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce implementation projects in client-facing or internal roles.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams, including developers, testers, and integration specialists.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.
