Job Description

1. Design and implement integration solutions using Salesforce and MuleSoft to meet business requirements.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration needs and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Develop and maintain integration architecture documentation, including data flow diagrams, integration patterns, and best practices.
4. Lead integration projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing support and guidance to development teams.
6. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and MuleSoft features, releases, and best practices.
7. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to integration standards and guidelines.
8. Mentor and train junior team members on integration best practices and technologies.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Salesforce Integration Architect with expertise in MuleSoft.
3. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
4. Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API design, development, and management.
5. Experience with integration patterns, RESTful APIs, SOAP, and data transformation.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Salesforce and MuleSoft certifications are a plus.
9. A South African citizen is a must; PR holders will be accepted.
