Salesforce - Financial Cloud Technical Tester

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Salesforce Financial Cloud Senior Testers with a strong background in testing Salesforce Financial Cloud implementations.

The role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and efficient testing, validation of financial workflows, and enhancement of system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and execute test plans, including functional, system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT), tailored specifically for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations.
2. Data Validation in Financial Workflows: Validate customer financial profiles, relationship groups, and action plans to ensure accurate representations of client data.
3. Assess the performance and functionality of integrated Salesforce Einstein Analytics dashboards specific to the financial services domain.
4. Validate seamless communication across multiple financial service channels, such as branch services, client portals, and advisor workflows.
5. KYC and Compliance Testing: Ensure Salesforce Financial Cloud solutions adhere to Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, POPIA).
6. API and Integration Testing: Test integrations between Salesforce Financial Cloud and third-party financial systems like payment gateways, investment platforms, and CRMs.
7. Client Lifecycle Management (CLM): Evaluate features related to client onboarding, tracking customer goals, and managing financial milestones to guarantee operational consistency.
8. Field-Level Testing: Perform detailed testing on customizable fields such as account types, interest rate inputs, and risk tolerance levels to ensure precision in financial advisory workflows.
9. Platform Upgrades and Feature Testing: Validate new Financial Services Cloud features, platform upgrades, and security updates to ensure zero disruption in services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Salesforce Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Financial Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial workflows such as loan origination, wealth management, and insurance services.
• Automation Testing: Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Provar, Selenium, or TestNG tailored to Salesforce environments.
• Data Testing: Experience validating financial data integrity across complex data migrations and large datasets.
• Performance Testing: Familiarity with tools like JMeter to test the scalability and responsiveness of Salesforce implementations.
• Experience with DevOps: Use of CI / CD tools such as Jenkins or Git for integrating test automation into pipelines.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and financial advisors to validate system performance and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications like Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional or Certified Platform App Builder.
• Familiarity with financial domain systems, including SAP Financials or Oracle Financial Cloud.
• Proficiency with defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA) and Agile / Scrum methodologies.
