Qualifications

• Bachelors or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification.
• 8–10 years in solution or domain architecture with focus on customer and operations.

Responsabilités

• Define end-to-end technology solutions enabling customer journeys and banking operations.
• Develop target-state architectures and roadmaps for digital platforms.
• Ensure robustness, security, reliability in channel designs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Operations, Engineering, Security, Data, and EA.
• Participate in architecture review boards and provide technical leadership.
• Guide engineering teams with patterns and reference implementations.
• Engage with global and cross-functional teams for alignment and reuse.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and drive innovation in customer experience.
