Job Description:

1. Leverage knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end solutions on SFDC / CloudSense platform which includes architecting technical implementations of multiple products within SFDC and products / libraries / add-ons within SFDC / CloudSense / SFDC partners including CloudSense and Experience Cloud.
2. Designing SFDC Workflows and communicate with clients.
3. Debugging challenging scenarios, issues, and business process implementations.
4. Proactively researching and suggesting enhancements to existing engagements.
5. Applying and guiding the team out of detailed expert knowledge of Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support business requirements.
6. Collaborating with the Solutions Architect to support SFDC / CloudSense / Experience Cloud out-of-box features and customized solutions.
7. Working with multiple projects simultaneously and completing project activities in a way that minimizes project risks and issues.
8. Application development, including basic Visualforce pages / Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, assisting with each release cycle to implement and deploy new / updates to existing applications and code.
9. Working with integrated applications such as Order Management and Billing Applications.
10. Unit Testing and supporting the Salesforce Administrator.
11. Applying competency of HTML, XML, Flex, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, REST and SOAP-based web services as and when needed.
