About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our high-performing team. You will customize sales processes and ensure scalable architecture across the Salesforce ecosystem. The role involves working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, contributing to enterprise-wide Salesforce initiatives. Deep technical expertise in Sales Cloud, strong Data Model skills, and a solution-oriented mindset are essential. Your expertise will support our Sales Transformation initiative and ongoing growth.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Leverage Salesforce Sales Cloud processes and capabilities effectively.
  • Implement solutions following platform best practices, including custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Web Services, API), system integrations, and data migrations.
  • Automate business processes using Salesforce tools like Flows, Workflows, Formulas, and Email Alerts.
  • Design and implement Quote to Cash solutions with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Assist in release cycles for deploying updates and new applications.
  • Collaborate with business teams, product teams, IT, vendors, and consultants.
  • Participate in daily scrums, analyze user stories, and address functional gaps.

Requirements

  • Support deployment of releases and adhere to high-quality development standards.
  • Participate in UAT and production deployments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with multi-org, multi-currency Salesforce implementations.
  • At least 4 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Loader, SQL, SOQL, Flows, and automation tools.
  • Salesforce certifications: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder.
