Job Responsibilities
  1. Consolidate sales reports and analyze gaps to target.
  2. Execute sales cadence and ensure follow-through on all action plans.
  3. Perform vetting and quality checks of the sales pipeline and conversion processes.
  4. Assist in assessing current sales infrastructure and implement improvements to meet targets.
  5. Plan, analyze, and report on data to formulate revenue strategies.
  6. Develop proactive and reactive sales gap plans, including strategies to respond to competitors.
  7. Propose future-ready plans and initiatives.
  8. Recommend new technologies, innovative working methods, and sales management initiatives to drive sustainable growth.
  9. Identify ways to enhance overall customer experience.
  10. Assist in engagement strategies by focusing on client interactions, hosting, and strengthening relationships.
  11. Strategize around new business development, retention, and bespoke loyalty platforms.
  12. Manage project execution effectively.
  13. Support operating model transformation initiatives.
  14. Promote cross-vertical selling and implement a unified Vodacom strategy.
  15. Manage regional sales leaders and drive sales and revenue growth.
  16. Oversee the public sector segment to increase new business opportunities.
  17. Explore IoT verticals and product sets to enhance offerings and address process inefficiencies.
  18. Analyze market trends to improve business performance.
  19. Monitor competitors and implement quick solutions to mitigate threats.
Qualifications
