About the Role
The TravelHub Team Manager is responsible for leading and guiding the Sales Team (ZA & NG markets) to ensure excellent customer service, drive SLA adherence, and optimise operational sales processes. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, improving team efficiency, and providing training and guidance as a subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities :
Set and monitor sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly).
Maintain high communication standards (verbal & written).
Identify training needs and implement performance improvement plans
