Job description

What will you do?

Manage individuals within a team, e.g., call centre agents or consultants within the communication centre. Ensure the team reaches targets by monitoring individual performance continuously. Be knowledgeable about all aspects of the products, processes, and systems. Mentor the team and provide real-time support for query resolution.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4/Matric
  • Relevant FAIS and RE qualifications

Minimum Experience

  • At least 3 years in the short-term sales environment
