All you need to do is:

Effectively manage a team with regards to:

• Attendance
• Meeting Targets
• Time Keeping
• Talk Time
• Productivity
• Compliance
• Motivation of the team
• Promote diversity within the team
• Assist team members with escalated queries and on-the-floor queries
• Ensure smooth implementation of new policies and procedures
• Report any IT-related issues to the campaign manager
• Team-specific reporting as per campaign requirements
• Coaching and performance management of team members

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential:

• +1 years Sales Team Leader experience required
• Grade 11
• Must be able to be added to Rep Register
• No Criminal Record

Desirable:

• RE / FAIS desirable
• Previous experience working with insurance products is an added advantage
• Knowledge of sales principles and methods
