Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team
• Monitor KPIs and ensure team targets are consistently met or exceeded
• Conduct coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
• Ensure excellent service delivery aligned with global travel standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales leadership (preferably in BPO, travel, or hospitality)
