CallForce: Outbound Sales Consultant

Responsibilities
  1. Guide and support team members
  2. Set, measure, and meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales, and quality
  3. Drive operational and technological efficiencies within the team
  4. Handle difficult customer complaints or enquiries
  5. Drive quality control and ensure corrective actions are taken where required
  6. Analyze performance statistics such as number of calls, successful contacts, wrap-up codes, and ensure appropriate actions are taken
  7. Forecast capacity against plan weekly/monthly
  8. Ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures
  9. Participate in recruitment and selection of staff
  10. Monitor performance regularly and provide constructive feedback
  11. Proactively encourage high performance
  12. Address staff issues promptly and appropriately
  13. Ensure completion of daily, weekly, and monthly workloads
  14. Motivate, develop, and retain staff
  15. Identify training needs and plan training sessions
  16. Adhere to all HR policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales team leader experience
  • Strong sales ability and skill in handling client objections
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one other language
  • Background in telecommunications is advantageous
  • Clear criminal record

You will earn a basic salary of R10,000 to R15,000 per month, plus lucrative commissions and incentives.

Willingness to work additional hours and two Saturdays per month to meet targets is required.
