About the Role

As a Sales Team Leader, you'll take charge of an outbound sales team, reporting to the Outbound Sales Manager and working alongside other team leads. You’ll drive sales performance, coach your team to success, and play a key role in optimising processes for better efficiency and conversions.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a knack for data, people management, and outbound sales strategies.
