Sales Team Lead

Our client is looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Graduate to take on the role of Sales Team Lead. This is an onsite position based in Springs, South Africa, ideal for someone with a strong sales foundation and a passion for team leadership. A lift club is available from Pretoria.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a local sales team of six staff members

Oversee daily sales operations and ensure performance targets are met

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals

Provide regular coaching and support to the sales team

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other internal teams

Key Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

Effective team leadership and organizational capabilities

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Results-oriented mindset with adaptability in dynamic environments

Minimum of three years of proven experience in a sales role (open to various industries)

Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus

Willingness to work onsite full-time in Springs

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field
