Sales Support Position

A dynamic partner to the Food and Beverage industry is looking for a Sales Support to join their team.

We are searching for a candidate who understands the importance of providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and present a professional image of the company.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center department.
  2. Develop strategies to increase sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Monitor and evaluate call center performance, ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to company policies.
  4. Train, coach, and motivate call center staff to achieve individual and team goals.
  5. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technology advancements.
  8. Assist representatives with queries regarding orders.
  9. Pull Sales Support Reports for agent commissions.
  10. Support sales and supplier events as needed.
  11. Manage all responsibilities related to the Sales Support department and report line.
  12. Delegate tasks among Sales Support agents.
  13. Train new sales support agents.
  14. Oversee and assist in managing queries and complaints.
  15. Ensure timely placement of all orders before delivery cut-offs.
  16. Follow procedures to ensure departmental efficiency.
  17. Manage the credit application forms tracker and facilitate communication between Sales and Accounts departments.
  18. Allocate incoming leads and potential clients.
  19. Maintain the Sales Support Call Cycle.
  20. Manage the stock room and ensure stock availability.
  21. Distribute trip sheets to reps.

  • Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role in a sales environment.
  • Experience with Pastel, call center software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams.
