Sales Support Warehouse Coordinator

THE ROLE

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for logistics and sales support? Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Support and Warehouse Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in coordinating with our warehouse operations and supporting our sales processes in an incredibly fast-paced environment with high expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct weekly stock reconciliations to ensure accurate inventory management.
2. Serve as the main point of contact with our third-party logistics (3PL) provider.
3. Manage and coordinate with Amazon Vendor Central platform.
4. Process sales orders efficiently and accurately in line with agreed terms and customers' requirements.
5. Investigate and resolve credit claims in a timely manner.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales and service objectives.
7. Deal with internal and external queries relating to customers' orders.
8. Raise all necessary documentation related to customer requirements/orders, i.e., new line forms, etc.
9. Work closely with the Regional Sales Team and all other internal departments and stakeholders.
10. Upsell and offer customers alternative products.
11. Find ways to streamline department functions and offer customers a 5-star experience.
12. Main point of contact with our 3PL to ensure orders are dispatched on time and in full.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 2 years sales support experience in a similar environment.
2. Experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or a related field.
3. Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central.
4. Strong analytical skills for conducting stock reconciliations and data management.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Medium to advanced user of Microsoft Office suite with advanced skills in Excel (V Lookups).
7. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Experience in sales order processing and credit claim investigation preferred.
9. Numerate and accurate with exceptional attention to detail.
10. Fluent in spoken and written English.
11. Understanding of end-to-end supply chain.
