Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing and Administration
    • Capture and process customer orders accurately and timeously.
    • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.


  • Customer Relationship Management

    • Handle customer queries, provide product information, and follow up on orders.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication.


  • Sales Team Assistance

    • Support sales representatives with quotes, proposals, and tender documentation.
    • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation as required.


  • Data Management

    • Maintain and update the CRM system with customer information and sales activities.
    • Track sales leads and ensure data accuracy for reporting and analysis.


  • Product and Pricing Support

    • Assist with the preparation of product catalogues, pricing lists, and promotional materials.
    • Ensure pricing accuracy and communicate changes to relevant teams.


  • Internal Coordination

    • Liaise with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales activities with company goals.
    • Follow up on stock availability, lead times, and back orders.


  • After-Sales Support

    • Assist in resolving delivery issues, returns, or product complaints.
    • Coordinate customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.


  • General Office Support

    • Manage sales documentation, filing, and correspondence.
    • Schedule meetings, arrange travel for sales reps, and support team logistics.
