The Role

The focus of this role is on sales and inventory management of product lines (Special Kits Requests), acting as a key interface between internal teams and external stakeholders. The candidate will manage the portfolio with regular updates on competitor activity and progress on the development plan for sustainable growth. Collaboration with sales teams is essential to develop a sales funnel that meets or exceeds set sales targets for the portfolio.

Key Performance Areas

  1. Serve as the key contact between regional sales teams and divisional portfolio teams to support local portfolio offerings.
  2. Distribute relevant portfolio information (including makeup, combinations, technical material, marketing/branding materials) to sales teams promptly.
  3. Support the Business Line with strategic planning and implementation in collaboration with sales and operations teams.
  4. Act as liaison for queries related to portfolio offerings between sales and portfolio teams.
  5. Coordinate with regional pricing teams to ensure pricing aligns with guidelines during quoting processes.
  6. Manage updates and changes to portfolio specifications after initial rollout to sales areas.
  7. Apply strong project management skills to ensure effective execution of customer orders.
  8. Provide training and updates to sales teams regularly.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree or 3-year Diploma in business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or customer service environments.
  • Knowledge of aftermarket parts, components, and products.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and processes.
  • High professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
  • Ability to positively influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, face-to-face and virtual.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and proactive with initiative and independence.
  • Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot, identify, and initiate solutions.
