Sales Support Specialist (Ground Engaging Tools (GET), Buckets and Fire Suppression) – M1

The Role

This position focuses on sales and inventory management of the product lines (Ground Engaging Tools (GET), Buckets, and Fire Suppression). It involves acting as a key interface between internal and external stakeholders, managing the product portfolio with regular updates on competitor activity, and supporting the development plan for sustainable growth. The role also includes working with sales teams to develop a sales funnel that meets or exceeds set sales targets.

Key Performance Areas

  • Serve as the primary contact between regional sales teams and divisional portfolio teams to support local portfolio offerings.
  • Distribute relevant portfolio information, including product makeup, technical material, and marketing/branding resources, promptly to sales teams.
  • Support the Business Line with strategic planning and implementation in collaboration with sales and operations teams.
  • Coordinate between sales and portfolio teams regarding portfolio-related queries.
  • Ensure pricing aligns with guidelines through collaboration with regional pricing teams during quoting processes.
  • Manage updates and changes to portfolio specifications post-initial introduction to sales areas.
  • Provide training and updates to sales personnel to enhance understanding of portfolio offerings.
  • Lead a team of technicians specializing in GET, Buckets, and Fire Suppression.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3-year Diploma in business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or customer service environments.
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of aftermarket parts, components, and products.
  • Understanding of sales tools and processes.
  • High professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
  • Effective stakeholder influence and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, with initiative and independence.
  • Problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting and solution initiation.
