Position Overview: The Sales Support Specialist at SFU1 is instrumental in enabling our sales teams to drive business growth effectively. This role involves providing essential administrative support, managing sales processes, coordinating customer interactions, and ensuring a seamless sales experience for prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to the sales team, handling administrative tasks such as CRM updates, proposal preparation, and client communications.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
  • Manage documentation and workflows related to sales processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, tracking opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, service delivery, and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective sales enablement.
  • Proactively engage in identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in sales support, sales administration, or a similar role.
  • Proficient with CRM software (Hubspot, Zoho, Freshsales, Salesforce or similar), MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating independence and collaboration as needed.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and an aptitude for process improvement.
