Key Responsibilities:

  • Quote Creation: Develop and deliver accurate and timely quotes for clients based on their requirements.
  • Deal Management: Register and manage deals with vendors and partners, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Client Interaction: Liaise directly with clients to qualify and understand their requirements, providing excellent customer service.
  • Vendor Communication: Work with key vendors to ensure effective communication, promptly escalating issues and relationship challenges to the Head of Sales.
  • CRM Maintenance: Ensure that the CRM system is kept up to date with all relevant information and interactions.
  • Reporting: Regularly report workload, achievements, and challenges to the wider business, providing insights and updates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in the IT Services industry.
  • Knowledge of Zoho CRM and/or QuoteWerks.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
