Key Accountabilities

Accountability: Selling products and services.

  • Provide sales and service enablement aligned with service delivery excellence plans, focusing on customer experience.
  • Achieve sales targets through generating quality applications.
  • Contact customers and execute the sales process within desired turnaround times.
  • Deliver customer sales and services while maintaining quality standards.
  • Identify customer needs by exploring cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure first call resolution.
  • Track conversions from lead or call to application and fulfillment.

Accountability: Reduction of customer attrition.

  • Engage with customers to identify needs and advise on options.
  • Adhere to company values and service standards during interactions.
  • Resolve complaints and take ownership of issues.
  • Communicate with customers according to standards.
  • Use product knowledge to address customer needs accurately.
  • Prepare for outbound calls with alternative product solutions when applicable.

Accountability: Information management.

  • Update systems with accurate information for reporting.

Accountability: Adherence to risk and governance.

  • Follow all risk and governance policies and escalate risks.
  • Participate in surveys and action plans.
  • Support CSI initiatives.
  • Comply with legislation such as NCA, FICA, and FAIS.
  • Follow risk and control procedures.
  • Adhere to HR policies.
  • Manage system access responsibly.

Accountability: Training and development.

  • Participate in training and coaching sessions.
  • Proactively pursue own development.
  • Engage in idea sharing initiatives.
  • Complete compliance training on time.

Education

Higher Certificates and Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies are required.
