We are seeking a skilled sales support administrator to assist our sales team with daily administrative functions. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, managing sales inquiries, maintaining records, and filing contracts. Additional duties involve scheduling appointments, tracking client workflows, overseeing budgets and sales commissions, and coordinating with other departments.

  1. Answering and screening calls and emails.
  2. Scheduling appointments for the sales team, service providers, suppliers, and customers.
  3. Maintaining and updating records for suppliers, sales, and customers.
  4. Tracking communication with customers.
  5. Preparing and filing sales contracts and agreements.
  6. Ensuring proper processing and routing of job information.
  7. Monitoring jobs in the system and providing updates to salespersons and clients.
  8. Managing sales invoicing, commissions, and budgets.
  9. Liaising with other departments on administrative matters.
  10. Conducting research to identify potential sales leads and pitches.

Qualifications:

  • A tertiary degree or diploma in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in sales support administration or a similar role.
  • Experience with workflow management software.
  • Familiarity with sales industry software such as Salesforce and CRM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative record-keeping practices.
  • Understanding of sales contracts and agreements.
