This role provides immediate response to operational requirements in a sales administrative environment, in accordance with SLA parameters. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.
Identify potential customers through information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers.
Prepare complex documents using standard office software and gather data for reports.
Respond promptly and accurately to questions and issues from visitors.
Schedule appointments, organize meetings, and arrange travel to optimize time for senior colleagues or executives.
Provide detailed product/service information and respond to customer questions.
Support departmental operations with document management, budgeting, and recording expenses.
Understand and adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills.
Trust-building, calendar coordination, computer literacy, customer service, sales data management, upselling, etc.
Effective communication, customer focus, accountability, interpersonal skills, managing complexity, tech savviness.
NQF Level 4 (Grade 12) required; Level 6 diploma or equivalent advantageous.
