Job Title: Sales Supervisor - TuksFM

Responsibilities:
- Manage sales team and revenue generation:
- Provide clients with TuksFM’s services offerings.
- Conduct and interpret research to match marketing solutions with client needs.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and campaign briefs.
- Develop annual strategies to meet sales goals and ensure profitability.
Manage and coordinate accounts and agencies:- Create sales presentations for new clients and agencies.
- Maintain regular communication with agencies about TuksFM’s services and achievements.
Governance, administration, and reporting:- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management and finance.
- Monitor social media posts and resolve online issues.
- Ensure compliance with financial and procedural policies.
- Assess project profitability.
Client relationship management:- Explore client businesses to offer tailored solutions.
- Analyze and report on campaign impacts post-execution.
- Collaborate with the University of Pretoria to enhance services.
Human Resource management:- Train sales staff to meet standards.
- Mentor volunteers for campaign execution.
- Coordinate between sales, programming, and production teams.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric qualification.
- Three years’ experience in sales, preferably in radio sales, customer relations, market dynamics, networking, and campaign planning.
- Three-year national diploma in Marketing, Sales, Communication, Journalism, or related field.
- One year of experience in sales, customer relations, market dynamics, networking, and campaign planning.
