A dynamic Academic Institute is looking for a Sales Supervisor at their Bloemfontein campus. This role involves managing a Sales team, formulating strategies for student acquisition, and executing corporate marketing initiatives. Ideal candidates will have experience in leading sales teams and a strong background in Marketing and Sales processes.
A customer-centric Sales Supervisor is sought by a dynamic Academic Institute for its Bloemfontein campus where you will manage a Sales team to achieve student acquisition and growth through the implementation of the Sales strategy. You will also be expected to fulfil the role of a Higher Education Consultant / Corporate Marketer. The successful incumbent must have an Undergraduate qualification in Marketing / Commerce with a minimum of 3 years work experience as a Sales or Marketing Manager including a track record of managing Sales teams of at least five Sales team members and a good understanding of Marketing essentials. Please note this is an Employment Equity position.
