Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects to drive pipeline.

You will craft personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn and phone, maintain accurate records in Salesforce/SalesLoft, and collaborate with Account Executives to optimize messaging and targeting.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
