About the role
The basics

Start date: January

Location: Cape Town

Type of role: Hybrid (Remote 90% / Cape Town office 10%)

Compensation: On Target Earnings R32 CTC monthly (Top Quartile R45)

The specifics

As a Sales Enrollment Manager, you'll be the guiding star for potential participants seeking to volunteer, intern, or study abroad with GVI.

Engaging with clients, you'll offer expert advice on our programs and inspire them to embark on life-changing experiences.

You will use email, phone calls, and live chat to close deals with hot leads.

Work shifts across different time zones in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities
  • Close the deal of a lifetime for a future participant
  • Create rapport and long-lasting relationships with our future world changers and current alumni
  • Flex your sales negotiation skills
  • Manage lead accounts on Salesforce effectively
  • Host breakout rooms at GVI Virtual Open Days to drive engagement and encourage closing

We understand each person has a busy lifestyle, so work shifts to accommodate your schedule.

Your superpowers (Requirements)
  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven success record (tourism/education industry advantageous)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Tech-savvy: CRM and G Suite preferred (Salesforce advantageous)
  • Exceptional communication skills over the phone and live chat
  • Passion for driving positive change
  • Experience working international hours with EMEA, APAC, and US markets
The Extra Shine (Nice to haves)

International travel experience is advantageous but not essential.
