Business Development

  • Identifying and approaching potential clients (cold calling, networking, referrals)
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Selling recruitment solutions tailored to client needs
  • Negotiating terms of business (fees, payment terms, etc.)

Client & Job Management

  • Taking detailed job briefs from clients
  • Understanding the client’s company culture, team dynamics, and specific role requirements
  • Advising clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategies

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • Advertising roles across various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
  • Proactively headhunting and networking to find top talent
  • Screening CVs and conducting interviews to assess suitability
  • Providing candidate shortlists and recommendations to clients

Placement & Aftercare

  • Arranging interviews and prepping candidates
  • Gathering and relaying interview feedback from both sides
  • Managing offers, counteroffers, and resignations
  • Following up post-placement to ensure long-term fit and satisfaction
