Our client is looking for a Sales Representative in Mbombela

Position Info:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Purpose: To assist management in formulating and executing regional short- and long-term sales strategies and distribution objectives.
  • Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Corporate responsibilities include adhering to and promoting the company's ideals, objectives, and values, maintaining a professional image, and staying informed about regional public and business trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Sales and Marketing Responsibilities: Manage sales territories efficiently, achieve sales targets, conduct pre-planned calls, promote products, seek new business opportunities, and analyze customer and competitor activities to inform management.
  • Customer Relationships: Maintain regular contact with customers, ensure high customer service standards, and promptly address complaints.
  • Administrative and Financial Responsibilities: Keep accurate records, prepare reports, manage customer credit terms, and monitor pricing strategies.
  • Product Supply and Market Analysis: Assist in establishing sales forecasts, analyze market share, and support new product launches.
