Location : Sandton, Johannesburg

Salary : R35 000 - R45 000 CTC per month + Fuel Card + Commission

About the Role :

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Sandton. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, interior design, and building strong relationships with clients in the architecture, design, and construction sectors. This role involves a blend of showroom sales and external business development to grow the brand and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities :

Showroom Sales :

  • Assist walk-in clients by providing expert advice on product selection based on their needs and preferences.
  • Showcase tile products, provide samples, and prepare quotations.
  • Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and stock display.
  • Follow up with clients to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

External Sales & Business Development :

  • Actively canvass and call on architects, developers, interior designers, contractors, and other key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the building and construction industry.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations as needed.
  • Identify new business opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements :

  • Proven track record in sales (minimum 2–3 years), preferably in the tiles, building materials, or interior finishes industry.
  • Strong client network within the architectural, development, or construction sectors is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (fuel card provided).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
